Orders to the USA has RESUMED
Parcels due to arrive in the US after August 29th 2025 are subjected to no de minimis exemption. Which means the consumer will be required to pay an import fee on goods shipped from the UK to the US from 29/08/25. Hopefully, by August 29th we will have an option to pre-pay the fees at checkout for our wonderful sticker friends.
Please remember to select tracked or signed for shipping during checkout, if you want to track your order.

What's your processing time?
Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks before your order is shipped. During sales orders will be shipped in 1-3 weeks.
How long does shipping take?
The estimated shipping times to:
UK - 1-3 business days *
USA + International - 5-14 business days *
Due to the new GPSR rules coming into place on 13/12/24, we will unfortunately have to stop shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland. This is not ideal for us or our loyal planner friends and we are working to see if we can ship there in the future. The rules are unclear for a small sticker business but as of 02/12/24 we will not continue to sell to the EU or Northern Ireland
If your order is tracked, you will be able to locate your parcel using the tracking number we have provided. If you did not select tracked shipping, we can only suggest to wait a little longer as unexpected delays may have occurred during it's postal journey. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
Will I get a customs charge?
Please be aware international orders may be subject to custom charges. This is out of our control and it is the buyers responsibility to make the payment for handling fees, taxes or import duties.
However, if your package was sent to the US, please contact us at hello@paperkay.com where we can help you from there.
Do you ship internationally?*
Yes, we offer tracked (Tracked and/or Signed For) and untracked (Standard) shipping options worldwide.
Some countries do not have Signed For or Tracked shipping. As a result, the options will not show up as an option at checkout.
*Paper Kay is based in the UK.
How much is shipping?
UK - Flat rate fee - £1.5
USA* - Import tax + duties can be seen at checkout. Postage starts at - £3.5
International - Starts from - £3.5
The shipping prices are determined by the weight and size (order + packaging) of your order. The only exception is UK standard shipping, which is charged at a flat rate price. Both our UK and international mail are shipped using Royal Mail services.
We understand tracked shipping is priced higher, however we highly recommend selecting that option for peace of mind.
If you do not select tracked shipping, you will not receive a tracking number and will not receive any updates about your order after it has been despatched.
What are the differences between Standard, Signed for and Tracked shipping?
- Standard – The most affordable option, however it does not come with a tracking number. You will not be able to track the progress of your parcel.
- Signed For – A signature on delivery will be required and can be viewed online using a tracking number. This is for extra peace of mind.
- Tracked – Safest option and you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order from the moment it has been scanned at the post office, to when it has reached your delivery address.
